Is Developer License for Microsoft Dynamics NAV available for new partners with Action pack membership?

I am a new Partner and I'll proceed in the Action Pack membership but I need to validate if this will give me access to the developer license of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in order to provide support and customization for my existing NAV customers

if not what is the other option that allow me to provide this kind of support to my existing NAV Customers.

    You can still configure the licensse as you require, just visit the below link, sign with your partner login and see the image below

    Hi, As far as I know, this does not include the NAV development license. (Maybe I don't have enough permissions)

    If you are partner, then go to the partner source portal and download the Dev license.

    You will have to enter into a MBS Partneragreement or an ISV partner agreement with Microsoft to get a DEV license.

    The DEV license for NAV 2018 will not be in your action pack subscription.

    Please contact a CSP reseller that can help you get the partner agreements you need or contact Microsoft through the Partner center.
