Hi,

I'm a newbie in dynamics. so, I really appreciated if u would help me to solve my issue.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've made a workflow which can create new record automatically.

But, there's nothing new record. so, where should i check ?

"whether it's possible if we create a workflow which can create new record automatically ? or not ?"

Here the step...

a workflow will be running, if I create time entries. then, just only checks data new record in time entries.

and then, automatically it will be created a new record in bookable resource booking.

    Hi,

you just need to define the trigger event. In your case Time entry creation. Don't forget to put the scope as Organisation else you will have some problem with your different users.set_2D00_workflow.png

Is it possible if we create a trigger in another entity ?

or i mean is it possible if we create a workflow in time entries and then, the actions will changes in other entities ?

because i've made a workflow in Bookable resource booking (Like a picture below)

    Hi,

Yes you can trigger workflow on create of one entity and then create record in another entity that is related to the entity.

For example if you have two entities say "A" and "B" and these two entities have relationship. Then you can create record in "B" by writing workflow on creation of record in entity "A".

In your scenario you can trigger workflow on "Bookable Resources" and write a step in workflow to create record in "Time Entry". (Note that relationship must exist between the two entities).

    Hope this helps :)

    Hi Preeti Sharma thanks.

oh ya, how we know they're having relationship each other ?

hmm, it seems i haven't give relation to them.

    but, i'll try it.
