List when and by who a Company was created

We have a new company that was created called allocations about 1- 2 weeks ago. Is there a method to report who and when this was created? Version is GP 2015

Try:

select * from dynamics..sy01500

If no one has logged into the company yet, LstUsrEd will be the created user. CreatdDt will show the Date Created.

Companies are created through GP Utilities, so it would need to have been done by a user with access to create a database (usually sa or DYNSA).
