I have tried the FieldOne Sky mobile app on Ios (i5), Android (5.5), Windows Phone (8) and Surface Tablet but it crashes on all mobile systems. Though it connects and synchronize successfully but when we go to the Scheduled WorkOrders and click on date (calendar) it crashes.

Using the Resco MobileCRM Woodford App make sure you are compiling your mobile solution in a lower version. I believe the version which worked for me was 7.4.3.0.

Can you tell me the steps. I tried opening the resco website using Edge browser on windows 10 but silverlight is problem and it does not open the page to download the solution. I will use IE 10 on windows 7.

Hi Adnan,

I am afraid I can't help you with the crashes, for that you'll have to get in touch with FieldOne support team. But as for running Resco Woodford, you'll need to run in on Internet Explorer as Edge does not support Silverlight applications.

Yes just complied your desktop mobile solution to 7.0 or 6.0 and everything works fine in mobile application.
