Update a webresource from Case to Related Account and Account to Related Cases

Hi All,

I have a html webrescource to show the Flag symbol with different color according to some conditions on case form.

Now, requirement is like-->

1) Same webresource is implemented on Account form and need to update the flag color according to the related case record.

Like, Made a case record C1 related to Account A1, change the flag color on C1 case record and then related account A1 record flag color has to be update automatically.

2) I have one to many relationship between Account and Case so if many cases are related to one account then Flag color of account record has to be update according to the recently updated case record.

If Flag color of Account record is updated once then update the flag color of all the related case records.

Please suggest.

Hello,

Assuming you will be using some some to store flag info from the html web resource so you can setup plugin on the case and account to change flag colors accordingly based on your requirement, and web resource can read info from field and show color accordingly.
