CRM 2013 Online - Office 365 - Small Business Premium?

Hi,

I've been awaiting for the release of CRM 2013 Online.  My company uses Office 365 Small Business Premium Plans.  I know that the previous online version of CRM required an Enterprise account.  Does anyone know this latest release will work on Small Business Plans?

I've also considered upgrading to Enterprise accounts, but there is no easy way of doing that last I checked.  Instead of just upgrading our accounts, they required us to start the setup everything from scratch which we were not prepared to do.

Same question here. Anyone know the answer is CRM 2013 Online is available in combination with Office 365 Small Business Premium. I tried to add a eval. account to my O365 SBP eval, but that failed.

I have spoken to Microsoft a few times about this issue and it is difficult to get any answers.  What I know so far is that it not currently available for Small Business Premium customers, however I don't know if that will ever change.  It is available for Mid-size and Enterprise customers.  The only way currently to upgrade from a Small Business Plan is to cancel your current plan and create a new one.  You would then need to setup everything from scratch.  A few techs have told me that there is a feature coming "soon" which will allow users to upgrade their accounts without having to setup a new account, but it is not currently available and they do not know when it will be available.

Another option is to buy a CRM subscription on a completely separate account.  I am not sure if everything will integrate the same, but if that is the case then it seems like a poor decision not to offer CRM to Small Business Premium customers.

I plan to wait until the upgrade feature becomes available and I can move our plan to the Mid-size plan.
