Hello, we are once again having the same issue we had in the post below:

https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/183413

Getting "Record is Unavailable" error page when they try to open an attachment in the Notes section. Seems to be anyone in the system except myself, who has the Administrative license (being the only difference between me and them. I have tried using the same roles I have on other people and still doesn't work).

I've tried rebooting the server, and the SQL server, I've tried doing the Microsoft.Crm.Tools.WRPCKeyRenewal.exe with parameter /R  and still nothing. Has anyone else come across this and actually found a solution? We're stumped!!

Thanks for your help in advance

    Hello,

I would sugest to do this: "..get the users to open the developer toolbar in IE, select Cache > Always Refresh From Server and then refresh the browser.

Some sort of reference to the old key must be cached on the client machine???  Anyway the issue happened again yesterday (one month later) and just forcing the browser to refresh from the server made the issue go away - no need to restart the services or run the KeyRenewal tool."

An old post that I foumd with your problemas and they resolved that way (at least would fix temporarly).

    Hope that helps.

Hi Miguel thanks for replying. I have tried that and it did not seem to help. It happens on Firefox and Chrome as well. My Async services are running, and restarting them and IIS, or recycling App pool does not help.

    Seeing this in event viewer:

    Hi,

Have you tried to see more info with crmdiagtool? Running the tool and then execute the steps to the error.

Is this a fresh installation or was a migration?

Have you tried to put the admin license on someone else to check?

Have you tried to search for that key in the MSCRM_CONFIG DB?

CrmKey With Id = 4c15378c-2a54-e611-80c0-00155d0aad18 Does Not Exist

Sorry for the questions, but it is to get more info.

By the way, found this steps that you can try too:

"...Had to clear IE's history (only deleted "Temporary Internet Files and websites files" and "Cookies and website data"), specifically I had to UNcheck the first option "Preserve Favorites website data". With that option checked, deleting the the cookies and temp. files wouldn't do any good.

    Hope this helps someone.

Apparently this seems to be mostly client-side issue (or possibly combination of both client and server-side), despite what the error message suggests."
