How to Route all incoming emails to a specific email address in CRM .

How to Route all incoming emails to a specific email address in CRM . Like in Outlook we can route / forward all emails to 1 specific address. wanted to know if its possible to do this. Can we route all of the incoming emails to 1 queue if above routing not possible.

Hi mycalfa,

Unfortunately, you can't bulk forward emails in CRM, but you can bulk route them to one queue.

Go Advanced Find to filter incoming emails, then add selected emails to one queue.

After Clicking 'Results' , you can view all incoming emails, then you need select all to add them to one queue.
