Customer statement doesn't show the open transactions only?

I tried all buttons in all direction and still showing all the transactions regardless it's applied or not

Any ideas why this is happening??!

    I think that is the design idea behind the statement - it should show all transactions.

    You should try the Customer - Open Entries report instead.

    yes, you have to customize this report to show the Open entries as well.

    Hi, If you only need data, you can filter in Customer Ledger Entries.

    And, if you customize a new one, or find a more suitable standard report, you can replace the standard report in Report Selection - Sales.
