Report 1015 is not found in BC cloud version 27 US localization

Hi,
 
 
I have this report id 1015 in project journal template but when i do dropdown, it is not available.
 
it is not showing object list as well:
 
But it is available in UK localization:
 
Is this report 1015 obsolete in version 27 ? Can anyone guide me how can i add it in US localization environment?
