v9 Upgrade Messed Up Menu Option Images

Hi, 

We just recently upgraded our Production instance of CRM and it screwed up the standard Menu button images. It didn't do this in our DEV environment when we upgraded, so I'm not sure why it did this to our PROD environment. Either way, I want to put the standard images back in, but when I go into any of my tools (new sitemap editor, xrmtoolbox) or even export the solution and looking at the xml it has the same web resources for the buttons as they do in DEV where they look correct. Can someone please help tell me how to get the original images back or if I'm using the incorrect web resource, which ones do I need to be using?

    Hi,

    Change the id attribute from "Sales" to "SFA" & "Marketing" to "MA" and import it back.

    Yes, I did try that originally on the sales area. I removed the image altogether using xrm toolbox and it still displayed the wrong image.

    When I had this issue initialy, I removed the image completly and it fall back to the default crm images. Try this if it works.

    No, because I did a lot of changes to the menu layout in PROD that I want to keep. I can try that just to see, but I also had to add the Marketing menu back in and am afraid it will just do the same thing again with that image. The web resources used for those icons say the exact same png name so i dont undersatand why it’s different. However, I will say when I open the web resource in a browser it shows the ugly/pixelated image like PROD. That is why aim wondering if there’s another web resource I’m supposed to use for the menu buttons.
