Issue in salesorderlines object for API V1 while Get/POST order

Hello Experts,

It's been a month since I noticed a fluctuation in the SalesOrderLines object for V1 however there is no official news from Microsoft 365 about a V1 deprecation.

Does anyone have the same problem where sometimes you can able to get data but sometimes you will find a below error like a bad request?

Can anybody from Microsoft 365 can confirm about the V1 API issue? Is it temporary?

And how to solve this problem?

I have the same question (0)

Hi, the information I know is the following two pieces. There is no news that V1.0 is completely deprecated.
I tested it in my environment and there was no problem. Is it still an endpoint problem?
    My test endpoint:
    https://api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/v2.0/c8558e71-6ad8-4fcd-9f29-3ca165b41bbe/Sandbox223/api/v1.0/companies(554f4f15-9c8e-ee11-be3e-6045bde96b9a)/salesOrders(9b6ffabc-90ab-ee11-a56a-6045bd686202)/salesOrderLines

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hi YUN ZHU,

    Thanks for responding.

and that's the strange thing that now it's also working in my account.

But this type of fluctuation happened in past 2 months a lot where for short period of time we received the error like salesorderlines object is not more a property of sales order.

In past 2 months we have noticed it happened where endpoint seems down for 2-3 hr. and after that it started working so not too much delay on our customer orders but,

last it was happened on 08-01-2024(MON) where it affected all our customer account at the same time where we were unable to import our customer orders throughout whole day.

It was too much crucial day for us because salesorderlines endpoint started working on next day on 9th Jan so our customer's orders get delayed 24 hr, and it was so hard to convince them what had happened.

I would request to Microsoft 365 BC developers to investigate further on this case and let me know if you need any further details from my side.
