    Hi James2019,

Please note that since the original theme is over, and it is a new theme , I recommend that you post another theme for this problem.

As long as you add LuHao in the new post, I will receive a reminder to help you solve the problem, don't worry.

So if there are new questions, please send a new post.

    --------------------------------

    The solution to this problem:

The contact card form and the Contact main form are two different forms.

So you need to manually add fields to make the fields of the two forms the same.

Remember to post it after saving.

This will display the two fields on the Contatc Main form.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao

@Goutam I figure it out why it does show in the customer details. because I'm looking at another contact form.. but for the deleting of fields. I recreated the form instead.  and all is well :) :) thanks a bunch

This says field is business required ,so you have make field as optional before remove. Double click on fields , go to details tab and then click edit.

You can see one opetons requirement level , changed it to optional and save the fields . Do publish the form and open form editor again to remove the field.

    LuHao

    I got one last concern.

When I try a new field in the Quick View Form (contact card). I cannot see the new fields (tenant, reseller) that I added when click the customer's profile.

    Quick View Form

The fields did show inside the case.

But when I click the Customer in the case field to edit information, the new fields that I added are not showing? any idea or I think I missed something here.

    Cheers, James2019!

In fact, the Customer field is directly related to the Case entity. As long as you pay attention to this, these problems are easier to understand.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao

You can remove the columns from view which you dont need by open the view and select column and click on remove from right panel.
