Dear All,

How do we change the value "Limited" back to "Blocked" in Dimension combinations of D365 Business Central. My Customer and Salesperson Matrix combination has to be marked Blocked after mapping each Sales person to a sizing of customer such as "Small / Medium / Large". And once it is done, I need to block it. However, for now the martix is already showing as "Limited" with no mapping. In order to edit it and then block, I am not finding an option.

Hello Prasad,

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/finance-dimensions#to-set-up-dimension-combinations

Open Dimension Combination page. You must have permissions relevant to managing dimension combinations.

After you click on the Limited on the proper combination value, you will get dialog box click No then this box will appear

mark Blocked and click on OK. After that the combination should be blocked if there were no other problems.

If you click on the "Limited" field you will get the option to block the combination.
