i put user and password (they are correct yes) and i doesn't work. keeps on given msg no permission.

i try this in the following browsers withe the following results:

Safari: after log-in it give a lot of error messages, and after i pass the several layers os messages i can acess CMR, but anything i do the messages come back again.

Firefox: after log-in it gives permissions error

Chrome: after log-in it giver permissions error.

what i have seen so far:

if log-in with different user on the MAC and

in safari it gives error messages, but less

on fire-fox and chrome it works but loads the mobile version

all browser are up to date

What i have done:

    Hi Pedro,

Sorry to hear about your challenges with the Mac.  Only Safari is supported for 2013 of Dynamics CRM.

    technet.microsoft.com/.../dn531055(v=crm.6).aspx

Ye, in Firefox and Chrome if you open up on a mac it pulls up the mobile view :)  Not sure why but not supported so I never opened a case on it...

We currently use Dynamics CRM 2013 and I utilize Version 10.0 (11602.1.50.0.10) of Safari and do not receive any errors when navigating Dynamics CRM.

Is everything working ok on Windows machines?

    Thanks much,

    Hi,

If the mobile version comes up you can bring to the normal, just go to the URL there will be a "../m" (m for mobile) instead remove and use .."main.aspx" it should work fine. however there are challenges when loading lookup values when working in the system.

    Thanks
