OneDrive integration with Business Central Saas

Posted on by 405

Hello Team,

I am trying to integrate OneDrive to Business Central SaaS Version.

I used "OpenInOneDrive" to upload file in OneDrive. It is working correctly. Below are my few queries :

1. How to upload file from D365BC, without opening auto OneDrive window.

2.How can i create folder in OneDrive from D365BC.

3.How can i share that folder to all the users.

4. How to copy file from One folder to another in OneDrive from D365BC.

5.How to Download file from OneDrive from D365BC.

Thanks in Advance.

    Thanks Kawamura for the reply.

Few points seems to be useful for me.

Need more details on Point 2. It need to create additional folders in OneDrive from D365BC. For Example : New folders gets created automatically, when new Sales order is created in D365BC.

Additionally, it there any other function to save file in OneDrive, without opening another Tab in browser. Currently, i am using below function.

    "DocumentServiceManagement.OpenInOneDrive"

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    1. Click on Share button instead of Open in OneDrive, then attached file will be also copied from BC to OneDrive.

    2. Folder is created automatically under the path "My files\Business Central\[CompanyName]

    3. You can share the folder regarding steps for sharing OneDrive folder.

If you want to share a file (not folder), then click on share icon.

    4. I have no idea..

    5. I can't catch your point "file from OneDrive from BC". If you mean download file form BC, then click on download button simply.

    I hope this helps you.
