Why a Posted and Invoiced Sales Order is still on the sales order list?

Hello,

I have an order since March that have been Posted an Shipped, but is still on the Sales Order list, which should not happen as the shipment and the invoice have been posted

Can someone show me which can it be the problem?

Hi,

Please can you let me know the below queries:

1. How many items in that SO?

2. Check qty to receive and qty to invoice field for each line item.

If possible please share a screenshot of the sales order.

Agreed - there may be another line on the Sales Order that hasn't been completely accounted for in one way or another. Sales Orders drop off when all of the lines are taken care of.

There are only dy rows for this sales order. One is an item and the other is an Resource. And the qty looks like the image below:

How can i check if an item has been completely accounted or not?

Okay thanks. And what do you use to ship? If you use Warehouse Shipments, can you try to create one from that Sales Order to see if it creates one?

On the related "Posted Sales Shipment" i found this error:

Error while posting order:

This document cannot be shipped completely. Change the value in the Shipping Advice field to Partial.

Maybe is this the error?

Hi

Sometimes if somewhere in SO Line you have a line that has "item" or "Resource" but nothing has been selected it cause this issue. I did not see it in your picture but sometimes it is way below the original lines. Just thought to point it out.
