Create Sales Order from Sales Quote - Comment line error

Hello,

Trying to create a Sales Order from a Sales Quote and got an error message related to comment Line from a Sales Order (they are not the same Customer - no idea why this error)

I didn't get the error message.

You probably have a customisation that caused this error.

You can click on Share details and see the Call Stack.

Hi Marcella,

It seems like a timing issue or a customization problem. Could you please delete the comment line, try converting it to a sales order, and then use the new sales quote to sales order with the comment line included?

Hello,

Yes Probably in Standard Business Central there is No Such Error related to Comment Lines.

So you need to check your customization for the same.

Hello,

Looks like a customization issue! The system might be pulling incorrect customer data when converting a Sales Quote to an Order. Debug the process and check whether any Custom logic in Quote-to-Order conversion is there or is there any validation on comment lines.

A quick debug should help resolve it!
