Hi there,

We're trying to use the below BC's Rest API to create some data, like ledger/inventory etc.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/api-reference/v2.0/

But seems there's no API for query and creating Asset. Did I miss that in the document? Thanks.

Nothing in the current api version. You could publish a web service for now and try it that way or create your own api page.

For the former publish page 40 on the web services page. Use the odatav4 url.

For the latter either use the MSFT docs showing you how to create a custom api or install an app called simple object designer and get a subscription for it

Thanks a lot for the reply.

Due to the time limitation, I think we cannot create an API ourselves. Is it possible to use AL to create and query asset?
