Hi All,

What are the licenses we require for power automate for end users vs designers? Do you need a premium license for designing? This is for creating new approval workflows

Thanks

From office 365 admin centre you can assign a license which is generally a “free” one depending on your office 365 license level. Believe business premium is the minimum, circa £20 a month per user. This gives the user a per user plan. You are then able to make with or use the product. Other licensing then falls into the connectors. So the BC connector you must be a user etc.

Given power automate is more user focussed it is more accessible. Logic apps is more developer focussed.
