Integration Manager and Analytical Accounting

I have setup a JE Integration using eConnect and am trying to import AA data.  The integration is processing without error but the Trx Dimension Codes are not importing.  I'm on GP vs 10.00.1378.  I have setup the mapping on the Analytics to default for all and the mapping on the Dimensions for Trx Dimension, Trx Dimension AlphaNumberic Code, Trx Dimension ID and Trx Dimension Code ID.  Can anyone help with what I'm missing?

    I would say there is an issue in the Destination mapping section of the integration. Ensure for Analytics and dimension you have click the OPTIONS tab and specified your source.  The source should be mapped to your 2 source adaptors relating to the AA information (i have 4 source adaptors in my integration)

    Hi Michael,  Thanks for the response! 

    I'm using one source file and have two source adapters.  the first source is used for my 'group' and the second is the detail.  I am integrating multiple journal entries in one file.  The first source I am using to group.   I have mapped all fields on the Options tab to the second source which is my 'detail'.  Should something be mapped to the Header source?

    Hi
    on the header options tab you need select the source as the group source adaptor.  In my example I had 1 file and four source adaptors to help break out the information.

    Journal_Header
    Journal_Detail
    Journal_AA_Group
    Journal_AA_Detail

    The Journal_AA_Group is mapped to the Journal_Detail by account and journal number in the mapping window.

    Hello,

    I'm wondering if there ever a resolution for this error? I'm having the exact same trouble when trying to import GL transactions with AA codes using eConnect.

    I am using 4 sources as described above:

    1. Jrn_Header: Trx, Trx Date, Reference
    2. Jrn_Detail: Trx, Account Number, Amount, AA Code
    3. Jrn_AA_Header: Trx, Account Number, Amount, AA Code, Assign ID
    4. Jrn_AA_Detail: Trx, Account Number, AA Code, Assign ID

    I am using the actual Jrn Number in the import file and linking these everywhere I can. The import does finish successfully but still fails to enter AA Codes.

    I was pulled of this task but was not able resolve when working on it at the time of this thread.  I will attempt again tomorrow.  If anyone has made it work would appreciate the details.  thanks.

    and what is the Keys?

    and which field should be the sort?
