We have a workflow that creates a TASK after a CASE is RESOLVED. However, this TASK now automatically closes as CANCELED in a matter of seconds. After researching this some more, we determined that this same workflow, running a year ago, closed the CASE as RESOLVED, but allowed a TASK to be created, and stayed open until properly closed, i.e. closed by a user.
We have CRM 2011, with RU 16. It seems to us that one of the recent RU's now prevents an Activity (TASK) to be added to a CASE that is CLOSED. Has anyone seen this behavior?
