Can we create/delete Field Security Profiles dynamically through Plugin?

I have a requirement to hide a field data from the form based on some condition. Please suggest a way to implement. I tried using ClientScript but it is not working. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes you can do using plugin. Pls follow the below link for sample code to achieve that.
