some users receiving below error when try to post Item journals, means we have customized actions on clicking that action system will create and post Item journals.

Any ideas

    When you say "we have customized actions on clicking that action system will create and post Item journals" - what exactly have you customized

    Whatever that maybe, these users do not have permissions to Read/Insert/Modify/Delete into the JQ Entry table, kindly assign the permissions from user page and retry
