How can we select multiple customer price group codes for one customer (in the Customer card)?
A customer may be enrolled in two or more programs which have different pricing models.
In the standard system there is no way you can do that. So you will either have to organize your price list according to the standard functionality or get some customizations around this.

No, I have not. I think my approach in the same case would be to make customer specific price lists instead.
Then I could use the standard functionality and no customization would be needed.
