Set up the MPOS (Modern Point of Sales) in D365 F&O

Hi all,

 

 It's a new topic for me. I'm trying to set up MPOS for commerce (Modern Point of Sales) in D365fo.

I created all the required setups and ran all the required batch jobs one by one. In the end, I executed the "9999_AX63" batch to confirm that no required batch could be missed.

Got no error on the batch job execution as well.

 

But when "Validating the for activation" getting an error as: - Channel had not been published. Provided in the below Screenshot 

To my knowledge, the Job - "1070" batch job is used to publish the channels.

I apricate If someone can help us out with this.

    Hi Raj,

    The error is stating that the channel has not been published. If you go to the retail channels and then click on Configuration status, can you check if all parts are validated and approved?

    Go to Channel Categories and Product Attributes form and select the Retail Channel Node, click on Publish Channel Updates and check again. Please make sure to run the CDX job once the issue is resolved.
