Printing Alignment out - Invoice/Order from Sales Transaction Entry window

Hi All!

I'm having this issue. Some of my users are having printing alignment issues when printing invoice/order from Sales transaction entry window.

The (hardcopy) Sales order printout would have the bottom cut off.  *The bottom meaning the bottom of the page. This happens if I selected print to printer DIRECTLY at the "Report destination" window.

- But  if I selected print to screen at the "Report destination" window, and when the screen outputs the report and I print it from there, the (hardcopy) printout would appear fine, with no bottom cut off at all.

- This happens to some users only. There are users with no issue choosing to print directly to printer at "Report Destination" window.

- All users uses the same report.dic, forms.dic etc which was copied and pasted into their local machine from shared network drives.

- All users shared the same printer and printer driver.

- Further troubleshooting done is by combining the use of Named Printers and changing noPrintDialog=FALSE to noPrintDialog=TRUE in dex.ini would make the printout (hardcopy) from printing directly from printer appears fine but this would means that the selection of printout copies OR specify which pages to print only to not be available which my users would need.

Version : 2015

Hope to get some help! :D

Thanks in advance!
