i am facing error while login the D365 Business Central in my android mobile, the error is "An Unexpected Error occurred while authenticating, Please try again,
Operation: 3e9e849f-0f77-4c34-8a0f-ee9e527ac063, please help me to solve the same

    Hello, If you're getting the "An Unexpected Error occurred while authenticating" error in D365 Business Central on Android, try these steps: Check your internet, clear app cache & data, update or reinstall the app, and try logging in via a browser. Ensure your Azure AD credentials and user permissions are correct. If the issue persists, check Microsoft service status or consult your IT admin.

    Did you find a fix for this?
    We have 3 Datalogic android scanners that every 2 months or so comes up with the error, the operation code changes each time. Checked internet, cleared cache, uninstall-reinstall the app rebooted the device. I can login into the sandbox but not production enviroment. The fix is to do a factory reset of the device and set up everything again and it always happens when they have a shipment that needs to go out now.

    Hi,
     
    I have several Honeywell Android terminals for my warehouse, and randomly, they stop refreshing the BC information. If you log out and try to log back in, you get the same error message: 'An Unexpected Error occurred while authenticating. Please try again.' I have to clear the app's data and cache to be able to log in again.
     
    Any suggesstion?

    I'm not sure if the following method still works, but you can try it.

    I've experienced this on my Samsung phone and tablet.
     
    The solution is to open the app info (long press the app icon and slide until you see "app info" as an option.  Select that, scroll to "Storage" and click "Clear Cache" on the bottom.  Then launch the app and re-authenticate.  If that does not work, click "Clear Data" from the same Storage page.  Has worked for me several times.

    Try clearing the app cache or logging in through incognito mode on a browser. If the issue still persists, I recommend contacting Microsoft support and providing the full error message and operation ID for deeper investigation.
