Allow over deliver for production orders

Hello,

because of our agriculture products we need the possibility to accept more finished goods than planned for this order.

I have tried to set up the Item to allow over and under delivery in all cases. But for production such setting does not exits.

Has somebody a idea how we can archive this for already started production orders with already posted finished goods journals ?

    Hi Enny,

    Inventory management > Setup > Posting > Posting [Production tab]

    Report as Finished journals record the produced item (sum of components), lowering Production and increasing Inventory.

    Even if the Production Order is still open, the items that have been Report as Finished may be sold on a Sales Order.

    Hi

    You may find that ticking 'Accept error' during RAF is enough to allow you to over deliver. However, there are some parameters which offer more control in this area, which you might need to use. Check here:

    Hello Guy, yes this points me in the right direction. But i run in another Problem.

    Error Message: Item number 00014144 has not been completely released.

    The item in this message is a service item in the formula that will be purchased from a Serviceprovider. The Production Order has created the PurchOrder. I never seen this Message.

    After switching the "Accept Error" Parameter in the Production Paramters and try to register more finnished item than planned i'm got this Message. Do you know what this mean?
