visualizing my accounts on a map

Hello,

All the accounts I registered in Dynamics have proper address details and I can locate them precisely on the map which appear on their respective window.

I believe Dynamics also offers the ability to capture/view all my accounts on a single map next to the list of my accounts.

How to active this feature?

Hello,

Such feature is no available OOB. You have 2 ways - either to use 3-rd party like this - www.inogic.com/.../maplytics-bing-map-microsoft-dynamics-crm or develop own integration.

Hi Alain,

If you have Power BI as part of your subscription you could use that to display the accounts onto a map, For this you would need to have the Latitude and Longitude against the accounts but that is easy enough.

You would then make a 1 tab dashboard with the Power BI Chart imported (check the link below on how to connect)
