Error in installing Workflow and web services not working

Dear members

i would like to to know why there is always problems in installing and reinstalling any system at microsoft ?

we always facing problems specially in reinstall system with old database .

i try to reinstall full dynamics GP 2013 R2

DNS - AD

then SQL 2012 SP1 and attach only Dyanmics Database and company Database Only because there was problem in workflow installation and web services also sharepoint

then sharepoint 2010

after that started to install the Web services

then try to install work flow

everything working fine untill we found problems in sending emails from PO because we change server name

so we decide to reinstall with same server name and instance SQL instead of edit database structure .

all steps started over except workflow it refusing to install we got error like attached image i try to run this query

sp_change_users_login 'AUTO_FIX', 'Dynamics'

and not works also i run it for all databases at SQL server and still same error

and web services website error website unavailable.

how to fix this problems please

we would like simple send emails throw the system of purchasing orders confirmation the email is sending that you have to approve the PO but when login to approve it you didn't find submit button .

    Look for the GP Web Services Configuration Program under Microsoft Dynamics. 

    Launch the program which will take you into the wizard. First go through and remove all objects and then re-run this again and install the objects back into the same companies as you removed the objects from.

    To redeploy the .Net assemblies, open SQL management studio and type in EXEC wfDeployClrAssembiles and run this against the DYNAMICS database

    I'm sorry but I don't understand the rest of what you are trying to say. Could you please retry?

    first of all i would to thank you for your reply

    i reinstall the web services but i didn't remove the objects from company database id there is a way to do that please give me guide reference.

    because i'm facing problem in polices  like this image that's maybe why i'm getting this error because i didn't remove the objects from database like you said

    also how to do redeploy the .Net assemblies.  In SQL MGT Studio? just run this query EXEC wfDeployClrAssemblies?

    about enbale workflow in GP setup i did this step its only send email to check on system that you have PO to confirm but when login with user that we already add as approve email submit button never show up

    I recently had to move a client using workflow from one server in one domain to another server in a different domain.

    Besides moving the databases, you need to re-install web services. 

    After web services is installed it is a good idea to run the GP Web services configuration and first remove the objects from your company and then re-install.

    Also you should redeploy the .Net assemblies.  In SQL MGT Studio run  EXEC wfDeployClrAssemblies

    After this you need to go to Tools > Setup > System > Workflow

    Make sure the enable email for workflow is marked

    Verify the outgoing mail server information and the SMTP authentication

    If you are using email actions you will need to make sure that you update the server name for the new server that has the web services you are using now
