Is there any REST API that can give the list of all the security roles belonging to a business unit?

    It depends on which D365 product you're using.
     
    D365 consists of many applications, such as Finance & Operations, Sales or Business Central. You're asking in D365 general forum, therefore it's not clear which product you have in mind.
