Navison to CRM issue-owner Name showing different

For customer 204684, this is Shevette Barnes’s account, but in CRM it shows under Janet Hoover

    Go to your connector and check field mapping and if it's not there add it

    Mark Christie's reply probably tells you everything, you need to Google it

    If you are oob connector for nav crm, it's quite easy to do

    Sandeep, I don't think you have mapped the owner field of crm with inside sp of nav

    You need to map it and make sure that the user is present in crm

    Hi Sandeep

    A couple of things to check

    1) That the integration you are using is set to 2 way

    2) The integration is not built using a Service Account that passes that information all the time

    3) That user exists in both systems

    4) The integration is not hard coded to send that name over

    I would also check which system is correct and find out which one was updated last - this would show you where to look at initially
