CRM 2016 and Outlook Client issue !

Hi folks,

Please look into this issue, I have defined the CRM/Outlook client and MS Office version, early response will be appreciated, thanks.

  1. CRM 2016 Version: 8.1.0.359 (Service Pack 1)
  2. Office Outlook Client for Dynamics CRM 2016 version 8.1.0.371 (CRM 2016 Service Pack 1 (Outlook Client only))
  3. Microsoft Office 2010 version 14.0.7188.5002

 Scenario/Case

 1. Open Outlook client -> Go to Account and open any account (or create new account)

2. After created account -> go to Notes -> Attached file and Save (any file .Docx, .Xlss, .Txt) Ã  close the account

3. Open same account and go to Notes -> click on attached file name Ã  it will open an dialog box

4. Here we received error see the following screenshot

It took long time to show message and prompt for download file
