Hi experts,
deleted records are hanging around the lookup fields in recently used items in interactive service hub.

Please clear your browser cache and see if it refreshes the recently viewed list.
If it does not, you could also try and disable the feature and publish all

If it does not , since you are on CRM Online, you could also use SDK to clear the recently viewed items

Thanks for your reply . I have tried disabling the recently used items but in the lookup i am unable to change the filter view .
Could you please share a screenshot of the filter view issue you are having?
