error on api does not allow to execute API page page

Can someone guide me on this

I made simple API Page in Al and then publish it to the web services then I tested it's OData v4 url in postman with the NTML authentication and in the postman man it give me this error

I'm on BC version bc140 (on prem)

I also assign permission to the user but it does not work

Is it a license issue? Your license does not assign object range 50149.

Another possibility is the following, but I'm not sure if this feature is available in BC14.

You can check if the Ms. Entre application has any permissions for the identified extension.

Does the user have any company specific permissions and what user the service is running under ? Check if that user also has the permissions for that object.
