Does anyone have a way or know of an add-in that would notify the cashier that the selected customer has an open store credit?

There is an Status Window add-on from DRS that shows the account balance as well as other things at the top of the POS. One can only use it if they are not processing credit card natively through RMS.

What is the problem with using the DRS Status Window with the native RMS credit card processing? We've been using it that way for a year without any trouble.
We have seen issues with any HTML screens that update on a periodic level, not limited to DRS'.
Are you having credit/debit card issues where the sale crashes yet the credit/debit card is charged, but no receipt in the Journal? That is caused by the HTML screen.
No, I haven't run into that issue yet. *knock on wood*
