As new users to Dynamics CRM we think it is an excellent system but one area we are amazed that is not much better is in the area of generating and managing quotes, as a CRM system a major part of its usefulness is to generate quotes easily and quickly with the ability to then send them quickly to the potential customer as either a PDF or a link. From what I can see in CRM creating a Quote Template seems to be very complicated and involves merging with word documents etc etc. Has anyone else come across this issue? if so is there a simple solution or its possible I am seeing it from a different perspective so if anyone can enlighten me be much appreciated.
