Hi,
I setup the wharehouse management module according to Microsoft docs. When i release a sales order with one sales line, the system generate the wave and the shipment but does bot generate the work order. it gives the following message:
- I have one work template for the sales order work type consist of one pick and one put. with no filter query.
- The location directive is also one pick action with query filter the fixed location of the item and one put action with query filter location profile 'OutBound'
- the quantity criteria in the location directive is always from 1 to 999999.
I did the simplest setup to see how the system works but still the work orders not generated.
The 'Wave processing history log' is not helpful it only tells 'No work order was created for wave ###'!!
The system should generate the work order to pic the Qty mentioned in the sales order from the bulk location to the outbound location as there is no quantity in the outbound location.
It seems i am still missing a basic step or is there a way to know more info why system is failing to create the work order?
