Getting error on clicking the custom button on ribbon.

Please provide information on your custom button and screenshots of your error message.
This is generic error , you have to share code and the details of the error with screenshot.
Hi AMBARISH,
I believe you are calling custom action (Command action) on that button. Can you please check either is there any issue in action (JS/url).

Yes, but alas I do not have the custom code, it is with the vendors. Fortunately they figured out the issue. Thank you all for the help.
