Is there a modul/application area for working with product information. My special request is an app for managing booking of hotel rooms and storage rooms. Does anyone know of a suitable app for Dynamics 365 Business Central?

    with some customizations you can use the item card for product info, type=service.

    for booking use the sales invoice card.
