Unable to Import managed solution in target Organization.

Hi,

I have two separate Organization In base Organization I have a unmanaged solution and in target Organization have same solution as managed. I need to import baseOrg's  solution after making some minor changes in account Entity form ;into target Organization.

"A managed solution cannot overwrite a OptionSet component on the target system.."

Please suggest what approach should I adopt to resolve the issue.

But when I import the solution having error message, please see the attached image : (click here)

    Hi Setu,

    Is this an global option set? if yes, then remove it on solution components of the base org. and try to import.

    Have you tried deleting the option set from target system and then import the managed solution file? Looks like the managed solution file is trying to create the same option set as managed, but your target system already has the same option set as unmanged.

    How to delete? Go to Settings -> Customizations -> Customize the system and then delete it.
