CRM 4.0 Account history shows e-mails from different accounts

Hi,

When we open the history of Account A, we see emails of Account B. We checked Sub-Accounts and Relationships and didn’t find any relation between those accounts.

Could be there any (hidden) relationship?

    Could it be that it is contacts that have changed employer?

    Hi Richard,

    Emails in the history of Account A include a contact of Account B in the CC.

    That was the relationship.
