error importing from excel on a configuration package

Hey 

I have created a configuration package to import the Customers into D365 BC, exported it to Excel successfully and added the data I need to import in but when I try to import in from Excel after choosing my file i get the following message:

I have successfully managed to do this for Vendors, inventory and COA without any issues but no matter how many times I have tried to create the package for Customers I get the same error and it wont allow me to go further which is really causing issues.

Has anyone seen this before and have any suggestions on how to resolve the issue?

    Typically with this error there is something formatted wrong with the data in the cells.  What you can do to troubleshoot is copy all of the lines in the Config package.  Once copied if you right click and under Paste Options select Values.  This should remove the bad data formatting that is causing the error.
