Voided Sales Transaction showing negative amount

Hi,

I am not able to correct a Voided Sales Transaction. It is showing -ve amount. There is no detail item. I have tried running Reconcile Sales Document (GP>>Tools>>Utilities>>Sales>>Reconcile-Remove Sales Documents) and check links. Data is not corrected.
