ECB Exchange rates for USD functional Currency

Hi,
When I use ECB service to down currency rates, i am getting rates for EUR to USD,GBP,PLN etc., but I am not getting rates for other functional currency like USD to EUR, USD to PLN, USD to GBP. like wise GBP .

    I believe each central bank only provides exchange rates where their own currency is the functional currency, so that's why its not working for you when EUR is not the functional currency. This is why Float Rates is a common free service used as it allows you to have different functional currencies. You can try using that instead, I wrote a blog post about setting it up here: https://valentincastravet.com/how-to-automatically-download-exchange-rates/
