Hello,

We went live at the end of last year and there are intercompany POs that are sitting as open orders. I am unable to cancel them as they are giving me the following error: /Purchase order is a direct delivery intercompany purchase order and cannot be canceled. To cancel the order go to the original sales order and cancel the order chain from there/
Under manage there is no associated sales order. How can I clear this off the open order list so it doesn't show up when we're filtering on open orders?
Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Could you have a look at the -> General tab -> Related information -> Related orders. If exist, please cancel the delivery reminder on the line.

    Regards
