Dear Professional,

I am having a trouble while configuring crom 2011 for outlook. my scenario is here:

operating system: windows 7 64 bit

outlook : 2012 32 bit

crm 2011: 32 bit

Internet explorer : 11

crm got installed successfully. but while configuring, after server url is entered and test connection is clicked(organization name & display name gets populated automatically) but when ok button is clicked error is displayed "the server address(url) is not valid". user can log into crm from website successfully. I have added sever url in internet explorer trusted site.

This sounds like a permissions issue on that user using CRM for Outlook. As a test give the user full permissions and then try again. Don't forget to take permissions off when done though.
