Sales Accounts For Specific Items

I want to know how we could configure Sales Accounts by Inventory Ítem that could be "enforced" to be used by the system when we process Sales Orders and Shipments.

Today our system uses the sales accounts configured on every client but we need to use sales accounts by ítem.

Any help on this?
