Retail AX 2012 CU13

I have installed Retail POS AX 2012 CU13 after replacing dlls  I have facing following errors.

Cannot find the interop type that matches the embedded interop type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.Pos.Contracts.DataEntity.IRetailTransactionV5'. Are you missing an assembly reference?

Cannot find the interop type that matches the embedded interop type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.Pos.Contracts.DataEntity.IRetailTransactionV6'. Are you missing an assembly reference?

Cannot find the interop type that matches the embedded interop type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.Pos.Contracts.DataEntity.IRetailTransactionV7'. Are you missing an assembly reference?

Cannot find the interop type that matches the embedded interop type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.Pos.Contracts.DataEntity.ICustomerOrderTransactionV4'. Are you missing an assembly reference?

The type 'DevExpress.XtraEditors.PanelControl' exists in both 'c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Retail POS\DevExpress.Utils.v11.2.dll' and 'c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Retail POS\DevExpress.Utils.v14.2.dll'
